A traveling notary that meets people where they are

Some signatures simply can’t come to an office: a hospitalized parent signing a power of attorney, a shift worker closing on a refinance, a witness who can only meet after dinner. Our commissioned Florida notaries travel to the signer, from downtown Tampa and Miami to the smallest towns in the Panhandle, so your document gets executed correctly the first time.

Every appointment follows Florida notarial law precisely: identity verification, willingness and awareness checks, the correct notarial certificate, and a complete journal entry. For real estate, our NNA certified signing agents handle full loan packages with lender ready execution across the Central Florida, Tampa Bay, and South Florida markets.

Need the notarized documents served afterward? We combine trips with process serving so one visit closes out the whole task.

Careful, compliant Florida notary on your schedule

A defective notarization can void a document at the exact moment it matters most. Our notaries are trained on Florida’s specific certificate requirements, ID rules, and RON standards, so your signing holds up when a court, lender, or county clerk reviews it.

That care travels with us: the same standards apply at a Miami law office at noon and at a Jacksonville hospital bedside on a Saturday night.

Florida mobile notary questions

How quickly can a mobile notary reach me?

Same day appointments are usually available in major Florida metros like Orlando, Tampa, Miami, and Jacksonville; most appointments are scheduled within 24 hours statewide.

What ID does the signer need?

A current government issued photo ID (driver license, passport, or state ID). Florida also permits credible witness identification in limited cases, ask us if ID is an issue.

Can you notarize for someone in a hospital or facility?

Yes, we do bedside and facility signings across Florida regularly. The signer must be alert, aware, and signing willingly; we coordinate timing with family and facility staff.

Do you offer remote online notarization (RON)?

Yes. Florida authorizes RON, and our online notaries can complete many notarizations by secure video with identity proofing, useful for out of state signers and clients who can’t meet in person.

Which areas do your mobile notaries cover?

We travel throughout Florida, including Central Florida, Tampa Bay, South Florida, and North Florida. Tell us the signer’s location and we’ll arrange a notary near you.

Can you notarize real estate closing and loan documents?

Yes. Our NNA certified signing agents handle full loan packages and real estate closings, presenting and notarizing each document with lender ready execution.
